I DID APPLIED FOR MY MOM ADJ SINCE MAY SHE DID HER FINGERPRINT , STILL NOTHING YET . I KNOW THEY TAKING LONG TIME BUT MY QUESTION IS CAN SHE LEAVE THE COUNTRY? SHE REALLY NEEDS TO TRAVEL ? THANK YOU

No by trying to shortcut the process she must stay until she either has AP or her green card of the adjustment is abandoned ( the I130 will live on )

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.

what is AP ? and she has her EAD witch i know its not a green card. but my friend was the same case and after 7 month they send his patents the green card.. no interview?

Did you file a I-131 or Application forTravel Document? She can leave the USA without these, but she also can expierence a lot of trouble if she dosn't have on. I would not recommend to travel without a Green Card. Maybe the Department of Homeland Seurity would not let her in the USA.

She will need Advance Parole (by filing an I-131) to be able to travel internationally before her green card is issued.

Does her EAD say "Serves as I-512 Advance Parole" on the bottom?
