I been confused a little .. i went to my country on october 2013 i met this girl and i got engaged with her while i was married with this USC wife in America and then when i came back from my country on end of october and then i got my citizenship on january 2014 . and now i will apply for divorce ...im planing that after i get my divorce paper can i apply for I 130 for K 1 visa for the girl i met in back home or you advise me go again to back home after i divorce my USC wife and get engaged one more time and then come back and apply...

11-07-2013 - I-129F form sent ---> 11-15-2013 - NOA1 - e-mail received, transferred to California Service Center.

11-20-2013 - Alien registration number changed.

11-22-2013 - NOA1 hardcopy (I-797C)

12-13-2013 - NOA2 approval notification ---> 12-20-2013 - NOA2 hardcopy

01-08-2014 - NVC recieved ---->01-09-2014 - NVC left

01-13-2014 - Consulate recieved ----> 01-14-2014 - E-mail from the Consulate

01-16-2014 - NVC letter hardcopy ----> 01-23-2014- Medical done

You'll get scrutinized about this since you are engaged to the girl while you are still married to your wife. Especially they would asking you when the relationship has started. There was one VJer here that his fiance got denied her K-1 visa because he did not officially divorce yet- just separated- when started the relationship with the girl.

Yes it is true. You can only file I-129F when both of you are legally free to marry. I'm just saying be prepared for the next steps especially you are under circumstance like this. Remember, US embassy in Islamabad is one of the toughest US consulates that I've read on VJ. Good luck for any path you'll choose.

13th May 2014: AOS (I-485) & EAD/AP combo card
21st May 2014: NOA 1 and biometric letter
11th June 2014: biometric appointment
13th June 2014: RFE received via mail
16th June 2014: replied to RFE
6th August 2014: EAD Approved, AP still in initial review
12th August 2014: got tracking number for EAD
( ) August 2014: Received EAD (I forgot what date I got them but I did receive them less than 5 days from the 12th)
10th September 2014: Interview Waiver received (I wished I was interviewed)
April 23, 2015, we registered your permanent resident status and mailed you a Welcome Notice

Send the packet after divorce without come back to your home country it will be a big red flag, because they are going to see that you were married while you engaged.

Plus you got you citezenship now in january, you are citezen thanks to your wife.

That is souspicius that while were marry you engaged another girl, inmediatelly you get your citezenship you apply for divorce and try to move another persone tow usa.
