NVC received case file but case number keeps saying error?

NVC received case file but case number keeps saying error when I enter it in to the CEAC. Spoke to people at DOS and the number is correct. Is anyone else having trouble checking there status?

NOA1 - APRIL 19th

RFE - SEPTEMBER 3rd

RFE REPLY - SEPTEMBER 11th

NOA2 - DECEMBER 20th 'approved'

NVC RECEIVED - JANUARY 9th

MEDICAL - JANUARY 24th

NVC LEFT - FEBRUARY 3rd

EMBASSY RECEIVED - FEBRUARY 7th

DS-160 and NOAR - FEBRUARY 7th

PACKET 4 - FEBRUARY 25th

INTERVIEW - MARCH 10th 'approved'

VISA ISSUED - MARCH 12th

VISA IN HAND - MARCH 17th

P.O.E (LAS VEGAS) - MARCH 18th

Did you put it on immigrant visa box? If you choose non-immigrant visa, that's why It keeps error. I had experience that before. Put your case number on immigrant visa box.

I tried it and yes, it says error. So, probably from the website.

I've seen some people say changing your browser will fix that. Some people continue to have an issue after doing so. But it couldn't hurt to try.
