Embassy Review : Had my interview this morning and must admit I was a little nervous but there really is no need to

I arrived at 7am and was let is at around 8am. Within 10 mins was called to the first window which was window 14 (which is my lucky number!) and nice British man took my passport, confirmation paper, police check and copy, birth cert and copy, AOS along with the W2s (I offered tax transcript but they said W2s where fine). He also asked to see confirmation of payment of visa and for courier.

Then after about 15 mins was called to window 16 where a nice African American lady interviewed me. She just asked how we met, how the relationship had progressed, had I met her family, when was marriage talked about and then the standard have I been arrested before or deported for the US. After that she said my visa had been approved :D

Was defo a better experience than my last visit to embassy when I had a B2 denied. Also like to point out that my B2 denial was never even bought up in the interview.

Rating : Very Good
