I am a bit upset thou because on the EAD i selected A6 and not C9 and now i realized that work paper might be useless...

Question though if the EAD is being processed after the I94 expires will they automatically process it as a C9 in instead? Has anyone been in this situation? Plz advice.....

Thanks a million

They will only process it as written, call USCIS and talk to a Tier 2 supervisor for directions. Otherwise, you can resend the entire EAD application with copy of NOA1 from I-485.

Someone else might have other suggestions.

I know of multiple people who wrote A6, but it got processed as C9. I would not count on it though. Follow Pinkrlion's advice.

Did it say that it was printed when you got your issued on Tuesday? If it says final processing with the issued it maybe a couple more days for them to print it. But if it said printed then hopefully today you will see something check your fiance email or the website for the waybill.

Keep it Real
