I-864 or I-864 EZ???

Hi guys. I followed the AOS guide here for K1 visa holders. I just sent our package last week. A friend of mine told me I filed the wrong form. We used form I-864. I had no co-sponsor. Only me. Should I have filled I-864EZ? My friend is telling me I filed the wrong paper because I-864 is for if you have a co-sponsor only. We just want to double check. Did I file the wrong form?

I-864 EZ can be utilized IF and ONLY IF

--only W-2 income.

But, would sending I-864 be wrong? She's saying it can only be used with co-sponsor. I used I-864 but I only have W-2 income.

there is NOTHING wrong in using an I-864.

Read the form it will tell you whether you can use it or not.. stop relying on what others

I did read the form. That's why I filed what I did. I was looking for some reassurance that I filed the right thing. I thought that's what VJ was for. Why do people here insist on writing things that aren't nice or helpful?

Thank you. I thought it was harsh too. I'm pretty sure I haven't done anything to deserve that. I guess they've never asked questions here. Thank you for the input. I got a little nervous when she told me I had filed the wrong form. Lol. I feel much better now.

Sorry I didnt mean it to come accross that way and I know why

we all come here is for some assistance. I know its complicated

and can be a burdensome process and I apoligize! You will have no

problem with the I-864.

Thank you. Yes, it is burdensome. Especially since I have a sick baby (chronically Ill), trying to work, and doing this. I'm a bit overwhelmed.
