Employment Verification

I am going to be filing for AOS in February. I saw one of the requirements for the I-864 is to have a letter of employment. I work for a company called AECOM (50,000+ employee's) that does not provide such a print out. If some agency needs to verify my employment they must go to www.theworknumber.com and with a special code that I can provide USCIS they will be able to verify employment. Will this work or do you believe I will get an RFI?

USCIS need paper copies. Pull a copy of whatever document that site will give you and print it out for submission with your I-864.

You can use recent pay stubs to prove your current income. The letter is not a requirement, it is just one document that can be used to prove your income. However, if your payment info is also online and you will print out 'pay stubs', then you might as well also print out whatever information is there on that site for employment verification. They won't go enter a code to get to it. You get to it, print it out and send it to them with your I-864.

Call around and get a number to talk to a live person. They can provide a hard copy. Tell them this is for immigration and they can not call in.
