Children be brought to US along with the father

Good day to all and Merry Christmas...! I have a question about my brother who is coming to the US my question is, are his children could be brought along with him? Do we have to pay for them? We are confused?? Please help.

Anyway,my brother was petitioned by my Mom and now his priority date was current and he is started to submit all doc to NVC. He has 3 kids 10 and two 7 coz they are twins.

They will all need visas and medicals and interviews. You will need an affidavit of support with enough income for everyone.

He has to inform NVC that he wants to add his children to his case. He can email NVC along with scanned copies of the children's NSO birth certificate.

For the IV package, the children needs to submit their original NSO birth certificates and photocopies of their valid passports.

Immigrant visa fee is $230/person to be paid to NVC.

After the visa has been approved and the visa packet has been received, there's an immigrant fee of $165/person to be paid online to USCIS.
