When did the she start on the full time job? How may pay slips for each job did you submit?

US Embassy Manila is known to be very picky when it comes to K1 having joint sponsors. They do not approve everyone, just case-to-case basis.

just start this February 2013 we attached 3 payslip each. i'm worried if we wait for her W2 this 2013 would it be still valid because getting this would takes time...

If the embassy does not accept co-sponsor,your best shot would be her 2013 W2s.So as soon as she gets it next month or so, have her file her income tax right away or have her scan the W2s and send it to you.

Scanned copies/photocopies of ITR and W2 are accepted.

If USEM is requiring a new Affidavit of Support then she has to mail the docs to you because her original signature is needed.

Your fiancee not working because she is taking care of your son almost screams that you would be a public charge - and it does not matter if you can work or not once in the USA, that is not how the system works. Your fiancee has to prove she can support you, your son and herself, for that proof she has to show an income that at least meets the I-864P poverty guidelines (125%) for the number of people which in your case is 3.

If her sister is willing to be a co-sponsor she must also show income that meets that income requirement which would include you and herself (and any dependents she has). For this your fiancee and son are already USC and they do not need to be included. Just the same it is very likely the embassy would look long and hard at your fiancee's lack of income in this situation and may not accept a co-sponsor.

The only way around this situation is for you to get married and then the embassy HAS TO accept a co-sponsor.

Although you quoted a code from INA and 9FAM, you not state what else was on that sheet of paper. Are they allowing more evidence or no ?

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
