I feel like my wife's AOS has taken quite a bit longer compared to other members' timelines who have gone through the same process I have.

Comments :AOS sent on April 10, 2013. Received AOS on April 11, 2013. Received appointment letter for.biometrics April 22, 2013. (notice date April

April 16, 2013.) Bio appointment on May 6, 2013. Received letter on August 7,2013 from USCIS dated August 2, 2013 stating that it is a "Notice of Potential Interview Waiver Case." And status hasnt changed from there on

I also received the same letter and a week or two later my AOS was approved without an interview. If you received the waiver letter it could take up to 6 months from the date on the letter.

Yes i received her EAD rather quick, if i remember it was less than 2 months after filing AOS. I have not done a service request...how is that made? Its odd because looking at the timelines theyre already on sept filers to have an interview??!! I called uscis twice and i feel like they give me the runaround. Theyre pretty much helpless

Unfortunately, those who are being approved without an interview are having to wait 8+ months. Those that get an interview seem to be approved faster. You can check out the other posts about this and people's timelines on the Progress Reports forum.

~ Moved from AOS from Family Based main to AOS Progress Reports sub-forum - topic is case status ~
