April 16, 2013.) Bio appointment on May 6, 2013. Received letter on August 7,2013 from USCIS dated August 2, 2013 stating that it is a "Notice of Potential Interview Waiver Case." And status hasnt changed from there on

I also received the same letter and a week or two later my AOS was approved without an interview. If you received the waiver letter it could take up to 6 months from the date on the letter.

Yes i received her EAD rather quick, if i remember it was less than 2 months after filing AOS. I have not done a service request...how is that made? Its odd because looking at the timelines theyre already on sept filers to have an interview??!! I called uscis twice and i feel like they give me the runaround. Theyre pretty much helpless

Unfortunately, those who are being approved without an interview are having to wait 8+ months. Those that get an interview seem to be approved faster. You can check out the other posts about this and people's timelines on the Progress Reports forum.

~ Moved from AOS from Family Based main to AOS Progress Reports sub-forum - topic is case status ~
