FWIW, I diidn't include any paycheck stubs, copies... with the I-129f petition, the AOS petition, or the ROC petition and had no problem. I believe paycheck stubs and copies are considered "secondary" evidence. Just my opinion, but if you guys included as many tax returns as possible with accompany W-2 statement and meets the USCIS poverty guidelines there shouldn't be any problem. Others here might tell you different.

You may or may not. Some that only send most recent tax return with the I-864 and no other proof of income have received an RFE to provide proof of income that shows you meet the 125% mark. Some do not. I believe it depends on the adjudicator and how close someone is to the poverty guideline on their taxes. Because people get an RFE for proof of income, it is advised to go ahead and send that info with your I-864 to avoid an RFE and the delays that come along with one.

Yes we include 1040 and w2's for the last three years. I hope that will satisfy them. Just praying to have a good adjudicator. Thank you.

What do you mean? Can i send our paystubs just by itself? And adressed and mailed it again to USCIS?

You need to send in complete tax returns(all forms, schedules, W-2s and/or 1099s) or an IRS tax return transcript. If you only sent the 1040 and W-2 and there was actually more to your tax return, then you will get an RFE for a complete tax return.

I meant that it is advised to send the proof of income with your I-864 to begin with to avoid possible delays due to an RFE. Do not send things on their own after-the-fact. If you get an RFE, then send back what they are requesting.
