you didn't make your timeline so I don't know when you've sent your forms, but it takes few days before you can see your case in the system. it is even written on your email to wait till you get a hard copy with checking it wink.png at least it took few days before I could check mine.

btw. where are you ? Nebraska?

I hope that too. Nevertheless, we need to be patient.

Well I was answering the question. Currently I have the hard copy of NOA 1; I received it on the 2nd of January with a priority date of December 26th 2013. It was routed to Nebraska Service Center (LIN). I submitted my petition on the 23rd of December to Chicago Lockbox and it was received on the 24th of Dec.

Within 2 weeks I had my text and hard copy . Within 6 days I had mine and 11 days for hard copy . However you were closer to holidays then when I sent mine . I think you may hear something this week .

You were right Tandag1025. I ended up receiving a text message last night from USCIS with the receipt number and now waiting for the hard copy to show up in mail. biggrin.png

I am soooooooooooo glad I did not go back to the usa and am waiting here with my hub and children whilst everything processes

got a phone call from a stranger your husband has been injured and the ambulance and police are here..........

nothing like a strong dose of reality to make time stand still, am delighted to say he is alive and no broken bones, has concussion, contusions, soft tissue damage etc...

here's to a safe and healthy new year to all dec filers and vj people, and again another reason why we should not have to be apart from family!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am also a Dec filer .. My priority date is dec 5 th and mine was sent to the Nebraska service center .. But when I called them today cuz I had some questions they told me that they are just now working on the Feb 2013 I-130 forms .. And I may not hear anything from them for 10 months or so for a decision .. That is kinda discouraging so I am hoping that is not the case .. And they move a little quicker ... If anyone else knows anything any input would be great ....

Our NOA email came on the 4th of jan, they recived our I-130 on the 31st and I can check online. What service center did ur email say u got sent too? That could maybe make a diffrence? We are at texas
