Hi everyone, i will birth in july and i want to know what is the fastest and best way to bring my fiance, CR1 OR K1 THANKS

K1 for fiancée ... If you are married... Then CR1. K1 is currently going faster... About 8-10 months...

Your previous posts suggest that you are already married - but you refer above to your fiance.

If you are already married you only have one option the CR1 spousal visa.

If you have not yet filed the I-130 then it seems unlikely on current timelines that your partner will be with you on an immigrant visa by July.

July isn't going to happen unless you file immedaitely and get very very lucky

Ten follow the guides for a K1 as this is the path you will follow... As Nigeria said, I wold not count on your fiancée being with you unless you get that application in now and have a lot of luck on your side... 8-10 months is a more realistic timeframe...

k1 is faster at this time. It's not always faster (I know people on the board who have been married and in the USA in less than 4 months, but that was last year.) either way, your fiancé will have a hard time being in the USA by July. I suggest the K1 though if time is your issue and hope for the best. Make sure everything is complete and that if you will not be employed at the time of the interview that you have a good joint sponsor lined up and that the embassy in Algeria accepts them.

Processing times for both processes change all of the time. Whichever way you go it will be dependent on the strict following of the respective visa requirements, providing complete documentation, and a successful embassy interview.
