My case is ready for interview but, on 9 DEC 2013, I'll turn 21 years of age.I think interview will occur after my 21st birthday. So, i will autometically converted from F2A to F2B.

*Note that, petitioner LRP parents.

My PD is 10 Sep 2012.

F2A category - Bangladeshi.

November visa bulletin date: 08 SEP 2013

IV application completed and waiting for Packet -4 interview letter.

Please, inform me Whether i will eligible to retain my F2A category under CSPA or anyway?mellow.png

Thanks

You should contact the Embassy and have your interview rescheduled to an earlier date.

Aging out cases can be expedited at the NVC and embassy level provided that your priority date is current.

I didn't get (Packet-4) interview letter yet. But the IV consulate officer told that they will call for the interview and to wait untill they inquire.

you know, i have only 10 days in hand to become 21 years. So, I am totally frustrated and depressedcray5ol.gif

Do you know any process to retain F2A or anyway?

And also thanks for your kind response.good.gif

What is your approval Date? Check your CSPA age here, you might still be able to kept your recent category. Also, you need to contact the National Visa Center and let them know that are about to turn 21 and see if they can schedule your interview soon.

Look up CSPA, and check out your noa2 date. you most probably qualify for the age freezing

11.14.2012======NOA1

Mark 11:23 KJV

For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed , and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass ; he shall have whatsoever he saith.

I think you can qualify for age freezing, where even if you get older than 21, the age you were when the application was filed is taken into consideration.
