Congrats!! You were not called for finger print and oath.. That is a good sign! If i remember correctly, you were interviewed in November?

Congratulations brother. You're the one who sent updated medicals, ds260 and photos on Friday before last right? Didnt they call you for signature?

@ waleed: I was not requested to sent ds260 or photos only they called and ask for fresh medical which i sent on 28-6-14 and it was there on 2-7-14 on 2nd july they called(phone)me again and said that i did't sent one of my daughter's medical, I said no it is in the same packed and after double check he said ok we have it. then embassy had holidays on 4th, 5th and 6th of july. On 7th july there was update on ceas and on 8th it changed to issued.

I was interviewed on 27th nov. 2013 so AP lasts for 7 months and 11 days

I think medical expires after six months and ds260, photos, finger prints and police certificate expires in one year

if anyones case is in AP for more than one year then they will request these things + signing and outh otherwise only medical will work

or may be I am wrong....wo badshah log hain jo chahen karen

Will any one can tell me that if couple waiting for their next interview call and in between they got a news that they were having there first child soon . So will they tell embassy and let them know or they sit quite, and after the birth of there child as i know they receive this news to having baby last month off course it will take time . Will they file new I-130 for there unborn child or what should they do? some one ask this question t me and i have no idea about this.

you cannot file an i-130 for an unborn child

we sent medical, ds260 and photos on the same day, june 27th, from islamabad. but they havent updated anything yet.

waleed just wait for it they will call u soon for finger print and oath inshallah u will hear something soon next week i hope praying for u
