I have never heard of the beneficiary getting visits from Homeland Security once in the USA but so many things are changing. There have been many couples that didn't marry and the beneficiary stayed in the States when he/she should have gone back to his/her home country.

This morning my fiance received a visit from 2 people from Homeland Security, they were asking him questions. When will we get married, where was I etc. This was a total surprise for me, I thought they only visited when the beneficiary was still on AP, but I guess many procedures are being changed now a days. Have someone had this experience once the benefiary was in the US getting visits from Homeland Security?

Yes, it happens more than you think, also during AOS filing, to see if the couple is committing fraud for a GC and pretend to be together.
