I think you mean VSC 9%. No November filers got sent to the CSC, which is the fastest. That's why IMO it's going so much slower this month.

Yet VSC seem keen on January to make that 5 month stat look realistic :(

Anyone had any joy filing an SR yet?

I just called. Told tier 1 an officer told me to call in one week and also that I have questions about a service request I did (I did one two weeks ago but basic BS response) then tier one transferred me directly to an officer... NO wait at all... Weird? She told me same as last week that someone was working on my case. She said she's putting in a "formal" SR and got my parents details to send it to since I'm in Australia. She said those help and actually make someone pick up and review the case. She said response at least in two weeks.

I dont know if that response will be BS again or an approval or hopefully an approval before two weeks.

I don't know if this call was good or bad or neutral.

Anyone call lately? Tell tier 1 what I did and maybe you'll get straight through too.

Has anyone heard what day they're "on" now?

I have tried E requests, emails and calling. They either say I'm within 'processing times' or that they will only deal with the petitioner or our attorney, not me as the beneficiary.

I'm reaching the very end of my patience, will have to meditate on more.

I know that this process is likely to take a year in total, but I keep hoping maybe it will not take quite that long.

I know I'm going to get there finally, but man, this sitting on the edge of my seat waiting is taking a toll on my butt.

Peace and happy weekend to all.

Why doesn't the petitioner do it? That's his/her job.

Why doesn't the petitioner do it? That's his/her job.

Because he has more patience than me and knows that it's mostly out of our control. He knows it will all fall into place.

And also because he has a demanding job that sees him working 50 hour weeks. Not that I feel I need to defend him. It's just me that's obsessing.

My only child moved away from home to start his life in December, so being here on my own allows for lots of navel gazing and obsessive behaviour. LOL
