Hi guys!

So i'm just starting the K1 process and I have almost everything in order except for the I-134. I am in between jobs right now and definitely don't meet the requirements to support another person at the moment but my fiancée has enough for the both of us. I was planning on having my parents co-sponsor but then I noticed on the K Visa FAQ page http://www.visajourney.com/faq/k1k2visa-I129f.html they recommend leaving the I-134 out.

Any info will be greatly appreciated!

Sam

The previous posters are correct. Depending on how quickly or slowly your case is processed you may not need the I134 for a few to many months from now. Good luck! :)

Thank you guys! I was stressing about this.

So it doesn't really matter that I am unemployed atm? I'm very actively job hunting right now and will have a job and be much more legit when interview time comes :)
