Timeline

Whilst we are waiting for our NOA2 I ( the beneficiary) I am starting to gather the required documents, I have ordered my police certificate but i do not hold my birth certificate as i am a naturilised british as my family and i immigrated in the Uk over 20 years and I am not in communication with my touch so i am unable to obtain my birth certificate will this be a problem? My question is is this a must?

I think you posted on the wrong place. This is for adjustment of status from tourist, work, and student visas. You should get more help if you ask your question on K1 visa forum

base on my case, it take about 8 days from card production to my mail box. card production on dec19, they mailed it out on dec 24, and received on dec 27.

You still have to wait for background check and interview before the I-485 is approved. I think only K1 visas can have the interview waived...

My I-131 and I-765 both went to card production yesterday, and my interview is tomorrow.

Got our hard copy of i-130 approval, but they also state that my husband is not eligible to adjust status?!

I read a little on the forums that this may be because I did not file concurrently initially.. god I hope so ;---;

his visa expired on 11.06.2013 but he entered lawfully on f1 wth bro ;-;

currently been on the line with USCIS for over 45m now. still on hold =..="
