Quick question, do K1 applicants need to fill out a DS 260?

The answer for London (which could be different from Manila)-- It depends on when you did your application which of three options you go by.

1) Before Sept 1, it was DS-230, DS-156, DS-156K, DS-157

2) In Sept, they switched to online submission of DS-260 (but that was short lived)

3) about 2 weeks ago, they switched to online DS-160

Any of the above are acceptable during the transition. Don't send two or three of them "just in case" and end up applying more than once. As of now, new K1s do I-160 going forward.

Did you find out the answer? I am also stuck with the same question. My lawyer sent me a DS-260 form and I queried it and asked shouldn't it be a DS-160? The answer I received was it might be a 160 or 260 or both. So I am non the wiser just very, very confused. I guess I should just wait until the embassy contact me with their list of requirements, it seems they keep changing the forms.
