My husband and I LOVE that show. The finale last night was incredible. We even started a "Biggest Loser" competition between ourselves :D

In my opinion, it's the best reality show on TV these days.

Side note: Matt, the winner from season 2, has gained back a lot of the weight he lost. Disappointing.

And Kai, from this season, was extremely obnoxious last night on the finale. What a shame.

GOOD TELEVISION!!!!

yea it was the 2nd season :) i stand corrected, thankfully :P

Not the boundaries drawn on maps,

With the names of powerful men.

That's all I've wanted -

To walk in such a place with you,

On an earth without maps."

I love watching those shows! And they always look so much younger after they lose the weight. His arms are very tight, I wonder if he has any loose skin on his body to deal with.

Stacey i noticed how much younger they look once the weight is gone as well. Eric deserved to win, he looked great!!

October 31, 2016 I-130 sent to Chicago Lockbox

November 4, 2016 Received text case sent to Nebraska

Well, it's a very closely guarded secret how to lose weight and get into shape. Not many people know the secret. I really like VJ and I know the secret, so I think I'll share it.

It's called diet and exercise. Moderation in portion sizes. BURN more calories than you take in.

Please, please, please don't tell anyone.

From the mouth of a thin person...

People that have weight problems know this.

Making fun of their struggle isn't nice. It isn't as easy as saying - "stop eating so much."

I have always wondered why this show with normal everyday people is called the "Biggest Loser" and the show that is similar to that one but uses celebrities is called "Celebrity Fit Club"

I think the title is just an attention getter--when I think of a "Loser" something else comes to mind...

You know, I've heard these very words from a$$hole doctors most of my life and when I was in my early 20's found out I actually had a metabolic disorder. I've heard these words so many times I could scream I barely eat (800-1000 calories a day) and exercise hard 4 times a week. I might be a little overweight, but inside I'm healthier than a lot of skinny people. :D

Agreed..the show is amazing! We love it too...well, Craig not so much :P but Corey and I like it! Watched the finale last night..with tissues... Erik was phenomenalllllllll!!!! I could *not* believe it when we saw him in the gym...had to look a few times to make sure! They ALL did great though!

I noticed the same thing about Matt in that episode with the school kids. It's not like he put it all back on or anything, but a shame none the less after all that hard work.

I think it's extra great that Erik did that well considering he works in a deli!!! Talk about temptation all around you all day long! M.
