After i get the NOA2, what do i need to do? Will they send me all the evidence back that i sent to them? TH pictures and all that stuff. What do i have to send to my Fiance(e) in Packet 1, 2 and 3? Help Me Please.

2-14-2006: I-129F Mailed Express

2-16-2006: TSC recieved it and signed

2-24-2006: NOA 1 recieved

2-27-2006: Check Cashed

5-01-2006: CASE APPROVED!!!!!! NOA2 by E-mail.

5-06-2006: NOA2 by Mail!!!!!!!

5-17-2006: NVC Recieved The Case!!!

5-19-2006: Left The NVC And Was Sent To Consulate..Mumbai, India!!!!!

5-25-2006: Consulate Recieved The Case

6-01-2006: Downloaded Packet 3 was Sent to the Consulate

6-04-2006: Packet 3 was Recieved by the Consulate.

6-08-2006: Packet 3 was recieved at home sent by Consulate

6-30-2006: Packet 4 Recieved

8-21-2006: Interview!!!!

8-21-2006: GOT THE VISA! YAY!

8-31-2006: Enters in USA..POE in Chicago, IL

9-25-2006: Getting Married!! WOOOHOOO!!

AOS JOURNEY:

10-12-2006: I-485 Filed

10-18-2006: NOA 1 Recieved

11-04-2006: Biometric Interview

11-06-2006: Case Transferred to CSC

11-09-2006: CSC Recieved the Case

12-07-2006: Registered to be Approved..

12-13-2006: APPROVED....WITHOUT the Interview!!! WOOHOOO!!!!

USCIS will probably not send you anything back. The Consulate in India will send your fiance the packet 3. You will need to send to your fiance copies of your financial documents, proof of having met in the past 2 years, and a statement that you still intend to marry her.

02-21-2006 Mailed K-1 application to Nebraska.

02-23-2006 USPS online confirmation of delivery.

02-24-2006 NOA1 (received 03-02-2006).

02-28-2006 Touched - first time.

03-01-2006 Check cashed.

05-03-2006 NOA2 - 68 days from NOA1.

05-16-2006 NVC received application.

06-27-2006 NOA2 again?

08-08-2006 Interview at Kiev embassy.

08-09-2006 Received the K-1 visa.

10-07-2006 Arrived at JFK airport.

10-26-2006 Applied for Social Security card.

12-29-2006 Married!!!

01-03-2007 Received Social Security card.

01-22-2007 Mailed I-485, I 765, and I-131 forms.

01-26-2007 NOA for I-485, I-765, and I-131.

01-27-2007 Received Illinois state ID card and driver's permit.

02-15-2007 Biometrics appointment.

02-28-2007 Received driver's license.

03-08-2007 I-485 approved.

03-15-2007 Received Permanent Resident Card.

03-15-2007 Applied for Social Security Card with married last name.

No answer until the OP learns how to pick a proper thread title. Thread titles with no relevance to the thread gets ignored. Six out of seven threads this person started has the same thread titles.

I agree :thumbs: .... also, declarations of love for a SO are totally not necessary in thread titles!!

06/11/2007 - NOA and Biometrics notice received via snail-mail

06/21/2007 - Biometrics taken

05/14/2008 - Approved (notified via email)
