My fiance only sent the form and check, bow we are lucky because he got a intent to deny

My fiance made a mistake with the papers for the fiance visa, he sent only the check and form, he sent in june and three months later he got a intent to deny asking for the others papers , i feel happy because the officer has been friendly and no denied the petition

He gave us an oprtunity for send the papers, my fiance sent all the papers missing i hope we are going to be luck

Wow, you've got lucky, guys. Some VJers here were not so lucky and had to re-filed their I-129F with new fee and other supporting documents. Good luck. If you don't my asking, what kind missing papers have you sent ?

Now he sent all. Passport copy, form g325a , photos, everything.

Wow, you've got lucky, guys. Some VJers here were not so lucky and had to re-filed their I-129F with new fee and other supporting documents. Good luck. If you don't my asking, what kind missing papers have you sent ?

I am so happy , my fiance sent the evidence and paper that uscis asked for in the noid (intent to deny) , today i saw my case on uscis page and say that they got de evidence yestarday,

I trust in God and every thing is going to be right.

I hope everybody that got a moid be right too.

so just out of curiosity, he did send a form G325A from you as well right? and you both wrote letters of intent to marry in 90 days as is required for K-1. Great to hear that you were given the opportunity to send the missing info! Best of luck as you continue on.

No my friend i was very worry, when my fiance sent the petition he only sent the form i-129f and the check, nothing else, i was waiting a denied but on september 17 he got a noid asking for all the papers missing

He sent all mising form and evidence on october 10 and now i see the uscis page that they got the papers yesterday.

We are lucky because i red here meny people were denied because they didnt send evidence and all the forms.

I hope everything is going to be right.

And when thay give me the interview my fiance can come here.

Here in dominican republic is mandatory be both in the interview.

And my fiance say that isnt necesary that he come to the interviwe, i explain him but he doesnt understand .

He doesnt understand thai dominican republic is a high faud country and for that they need to interview both fiance.
