We should get the "new" data from USCIS this week, yes. However, it will be current as of end of January, not Feb. They always update to 90 days ago... it gives them more leeway for what constitutes "outside of regular processing time."

In other news, I'm hoping that the reason we have not yet received our 3rd transfer email (got the second on Thursday) is that they're sending our file further away than Nebraska (physically closest to Missouri) - like maybe all the way to California! I don't want to jinx it, of course, but it seems like if our file was going to NSC, it would be there by now.

Maybe not everyone gets 3 emails? My case was transferred to VSC on the 7th and I never got a 3rd email (I got two only). I would think after 10 days I'd have received a 3rd. Who knows!

Maybe VSC doesn't send out the 3rd email? Two people who got the transfer email on 3/12 have been transferred to VCS.

Yes, VSC is very mysterious because we just don't have enough data to analyze it. wacko.png I know someone who was transferred to VSC from the Sept group got NOA2 quickly. Is VSC faster than NSC? We'll see. I thought NSC was hopeless, but they have already approved 3 Sept filers. Maybe there is hope? kicking.gif

From what I've heard, VSC was completely snowed under with DACA petitions, and only now that they're mostly dealt with is it able to start dealing with I130s again. Hopefully they will be so relieved to be processing I130s again that they will be very quick.

As far as the other centers, it does seem like they've managed to get through a lot of their backlog since the beginning of the calendar year. There are exceptions, of course, but the whole situation looks a lot rosier than it did in Oct/Nov. I think there's definitely hope for NSC, since they now seem to be on the same "process both ends against the middle" train that CSC has been on since the beginning of the year. (if they're approving September filers already, despite still having quite a number of June and July filers to go - last I checked)

If they're really looking to have a 5 month average by May (or at least the appearance of one) they'll need to get cracking on approving all the October people by mid-April, with November and December being approved by end of May.

All I'm saying is that my birthday is the third week of April (hint, hint, USCIS!)

Yes! I agree- the situation with the VSC is very mysterious. Like I said, I got the first two emails- then no third, so maye VSC doesn't send them. I wonder about others who were transferred there.

I live in Vermont and I have this urge to show up there and talk to someone to see what's going on :P

If I don't hear anything in a few weeks, I might contact one of the senator's office reps who is in charge of the immigration issues for constituents. I was in touch the woman late last year when I tried to expedite and didn't get accepted (they were willing to try again from their office, but I decided against it because I didn't think there'd be a different outcome from USCIS). But the rep there was really helpful (I don't think their office has too much action...Vermont is not highly populated!) and I wonder if they would know anything about what's going in that particular service center because they are also in Vermont and deal with immigration.

Havent received the letter yet! I think it's because USCIS did not register our address correctly. My husband called them to change the address in Dec. Or it takes time till our letter is reached. We got the 3rd notice on March13, n my husband lives in LA. It shouldn't take that long I guess. So Im a bit worried..

If you decide to show up at their office, go with lots of coffee and donuts :P Probably that will make them stay in bit longer

There was another NSC september approval today smile.png . It took ten days from the ARN change notice to approval. It this is any indicator, there should be a couple more approvals for september this week. Hopefully we will start seen October ARN change notices in two or three weeks!!!

Hi everyone,

Received our hard copy of the transfer notice in the mail today. For some reason, our receipt date was changed from Oct 4 to Oct 7th now? Anyone else have experience with their receipt date changing? And our PD date is blank on the transfer notice...

Here's hoping for some faster service at NSC!!!
