Our case has been complete at NVC since August 28th and we still have no interview date!! I'm seeing people getting CR1 interviews for Manila that are case complete in late September, almost a month after ours. Am I missing something here? Do the interviews get scheduled by only case complete date or is priority date also a factor? Someone please help we're so frustrated!!!!

Married 12-15-2013!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

AOS- When I get the cash for it

A guy shouldnt have to go through all this hassle to bring a girl over

Congrats! My case was complete on sept. 23 so im not really sure if i will receive i/l and i cant even enter their line :(

They are working on 15 business days for aos checklist now. But if you are lucky they might not even review your aos checklist and they will let you bring the checklist on the interview itself

Ya, something smells wonky.

Call into NVC, ask for a supervisor, and inquire for your place in the queue, and ask why folk who had CC after you have already been scheduled.

I'm hoping your casefile isn't lost in the system, but getting a supervisor involved, if it's indeed 'lost', will get it found again.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.
