We have not received our NOA-2 yet but yesterday we received a letter saying that due to delays our case was being transferred from the NBC to Nebraska. At least we know something is happening and it wasn't an RFE!

Did it specifically say Columbus, OH?

People have been getting emails about cases being transferred to local office (first email), another office (second email), something else (third email) and finally a hard copy that their case was sent to a service center.

But, here's the link http://dashboard.uscis.gov/index.cfm?formtype=4&office=49&charttype=1

My husband, the USC, moved to Romania to live with me, so our whole process will change now. I am worried we will not be able to prove that he can support me :(

He has a friend in USA, that has an apartment available for us to rent anytime.

Is anybody else in this situation?
