Married couples should be given more priority then the engaged couples. I see k1 visa approved left to right. Not a single cr1 visa. That's sad

We should bring this to the media.

Maybe you guys could create a new thread, **UNITED we stand against USCIS processing times** Then you can all gather there and coordinate your efforts and plan of approach to find the best way to draw attention to your needs (media, petition letter signed by many petitioners etc...). This is a March thread, so will mostly just get March petitioners. If you have your own thread you will have more people join your cause, from Jan, Feb, March, April.

Great thanks for sharing the link. Now people will know where they can go to get heard! However, I don't see much activity there on that thread.

You can add some ;) i signed and got 3 other people to sign. I just think it's hard to target more people if only a few share it via social networks and such.

Just wanted to let everyone know that these petitions can make a difference if everyone takes a few minutes to get them out there. I found this petition 2 days ago and they had only 225 signatures. I started posting the link in my April filers group and posted it on my Facebook page and asked my family and friends to share the link to the petition. In 2 days the petition has gone from 225 signatures to 375. That's just in 2 days. This petition got started over a month ago and had only gotten 225 signatures. There have been 150 new signatures in the last 2 days. So again, I encourage everyone to share this link on their personal social media and get the word out. Something has to be done, even it change doesn't happen before my husband gets here, I'd like to think maybe I helped others down the road.

I'd also suggest more people going towards the press with their complaints. USCIS knows we're not happy about the lengthy waiting times. The way that they get off with taking our money and making us wait is that there is no bad press and this is not a large part of the immigration debate. If enough people contacted some of the larger press companies, it could go a lot further.

Hi!!!

My friends and I created a topic for this one. We just copy and paste what you put in here and created a new topic here in vj that is intended for this one. I hope you don't mind though. smile.png

Dear Friends,

This is something worth signing for, all the wait and frustration we all are going through together this might be the light we all need, please sign it and post it spread the word about it, and bring your relative/spouse to live with you together while waiting on one of the most frustrating process of life time, like it takes 9 months for a baby to born and year and a half for relative to come and live together in usa. lol good luck lets get started.

Thank you

Tess n Sam

and another thing someone said this

This is collecting information on a site that isn't a govenment site and the petition is someone whining that they have to wait on their ilegal wife getting a 601 waiver. Personally I am totally against illegals getting any break and think it should be mandatory that they serve their entire ban and then raise the bar on waivers to make them bearly impossible.
