After 5 months of working and gathering everything, our I-129F was mailed today... Thank God! I've read from other posts that if your service center is NSC, your case will be forwarded to CSC. I'm just wondering, how soon I will receive the NOA1 and what's written on it? Sorry, I guess I'm just too excited. :dance:

N-400 NATURALIZATION

04/04/2011 - Mailed N-400 to AZ Lockbox

04/07/2011 - NOA

04/07/2011 - Check cashed

04/14/2011 - Biometrics appointment in the mail

04/21/2011 - Early Biometrics (was scheduled on May 4, 2011)

05/09/2011 - Case Status Notification - In line for interview and testing

05/10/2011 - Case Status Notification - Interview scheduled

05/14/2011 - Interview Appointment Letter in the mail

06/21/2011 - Interview Appointment Date

NOA1 - give it 1 to 2 weeks...written on it? just stating that they received your petition...

10/23/2007--7 months and 2 weeks of A/P and still waiting..........God help me!

4/22/2008---2nd Interview ( keep us in your prayers)

4/22/2008--He was approved for the Visa 2-3 weeks until he recieves it in the mail lets hope so!!

Yes, I sent my petition to NSC as well. Was surprised when I got my NOA1 indicating it was rec'd at the CSC. I thought that some how it was misdirected and that I'd have to wait that much longer before they would get to it. USCIS started redirecting the NSC I129F to CSC sometime during the summer. I would think your NOA would get to you in about a week. With luck maybe the NOA2 in another 90 days. Take care and God bless...

Yup, I can remember how excited we were when we got ours sent off (just over five weeks ago) - and how ridiculously happy we were when the NOA1 arrived. A very good feeling!

Good luck with everything, and hope it all goes quickly and smoothly for you! :)

2005 - We met

2006 - Filed I-129F

2007 - K-1 issued, moved to US, completed AOS (a busy year, immigration-wise)

2009 - Conditions lifted

2010 - Will be naturalising. Buh-bye, USCIS! smile.png

Congrats! We, like you, waited a long time before finally sending out the petition... but in our case it was almost a year! It felt so dang good to send that thing out, and I jumped and yelled when I saw my check had been cashed so I could make an online account. I jumped even more the 2 times we've been touched! Now I'm just wishing for another touch... or better yet... a NOA2... lol.

Anywho. Congratulations - good luck on your journey, I hope it all goes smoothly for you both!

It's indeed a wonderful feeling. Actually, we felt mixed emotions. The excitement, getting worried that we missed something and anxious to receive our NOA1 and make it up to the finish line of this journey. Mae's starting to get so worried - she's having sleepless nights, mind you. :lol: She kept asking me if I got everything right. :whistle: I'm positive that we're in good shape because she did a helluva job in keeping our packet organized. I remember, there were nights that I would be awakened with a small light coming from our night lamp and there she was, at 2:00 in the morning, reading and checking everything. We hope and pray that all our hardworks, efforts and frustrations in getting everything ready will pay off. The sooner, the better! :dance: Thank you guys for sharing the joy with us!
