I called them about 2 weeks ago and told me that they knew for sure they have not sent the Bio-metrics appointment and that I should wait until the end of the month (January). They were going to request/contact the CSC and ask what was going on. I haven't heard back and I called today but there was a wait of 180 minutes before anyone could talk to me. I guess I will have to call tomorrow and hope they have some answers.

I saw in other forums that some people did not have a date for their Bio Metrics but had already received their new card, hoping that that will me my case too :-)

Did you have your fingerprints done in the 15 months prior to filing?

Ron1305 I'm on east coast too and would guess they don't send out any texts or emails until at least 12/12:30 est everyday.

Nope, just the ones I had to do before getting my first card about 2 1/2 years ago

This is what drives me most crazy about the process.. They never seem to have any solution other than "Call back later" .. I remember having that discussion many times during the I-130 process and trying to nail them down "OK, so you said to call back in mid September if there is no action by then - what will happen when I call back in mid September? Will something be done or will I be told to call back in October? Is there ever... *EVER* a time you will do something BESIDES tell me to call back later?"

Bio-metric appointments are given pretty fast - crazy that they can;t at least tell you why you are so far out of norm...

I don't believe it.. Prove it to me and I still won't believe it. -Ford Prefect
