Congrats on the NOA1, Blueberry! Wow--4 stepchildren! That's a lot. My hubby has 2 grown kids that I haven't met yet, either...but they are college-age, so not much parenting to do there, for me. The mushroom picking sounds like fun. I love mushrooms! I bet you're finding a lot of varieties. Do you know which ones are safe and which to avoid? I heard some are poisonous.

I hope you get lucky with the new center, like it happened before. Heck! I hope I get lucky, too, with the new cases going to California! Good luck to us!!!! idea9dv.gif

Thanks! :)

Yes, FOUR. 3 teenagers and one college boy ;) The oldest one I briefly met years ago, when his daddy and I were neighbors :) (That's how we met. Our relationship didn't start until a few years later though, when I was already back in Poland :) )

Mushrooms are yummy! Unfortunately I only found one kind so far. Other than 3 million of poisonous kinds, ugh. I do not know much about mushrooms, so I only pick those I am certain about. One being bay bolete, I think it's called.

Maybe I'll have more luck next time. :)

Girl, I really have a feeling you'll get an approval and soon! :)

Big hugs to you BB.

I understand the emotions of it all.

Hubby and I have been apart 18mths now, originally he was coming here to NZ ,then we decided no, I would return to the states....(all that time we could have had our applications sorted)....never mind, the things we do for love ha..

Time and money ,neither one can be hurried.

It is definatley the biggest revenue for Governments.

Back to work I go .

My culture has a saying...

Kia Kaha (Stay Strong)

Kia Manawa (Stay Determined) rose.gif

I love that saying! So true... :)

Thanks for the hugs, and right back atcha!

18 months, wow.. Must have been very hard :(

On the bright side, he'll be probably getting a 10 year GC.. if you'll have been married for more than two years at the time of POE.

Have a great week, everyone :)

Welcome luvwillprevail! :)

In the past, petitions filed from abroad used to be auto-expedited. This rarely happens anymore, though...

Are you guys in a safe area there in Egypt? read this thread here... http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/448078-expedite-for-the-i-130/

Maybe you can have your petition expedited on humanitarian grounds too?

Thanks for the info blueberry pancake Its definitely worth a try :) And on the safe part our flat is on the ninth floor and my husband wont take any risks but I do feel a little like I am in prison :( when we do go out it is pure chaos most of the time if you dont watch where you go you might get ran over because they have no pedestrians have the right of way laws or pretty much any traffic laws ranting33va.gif so i pretty much just stay in the flat most of the time... and yes bangirluk hopefully not to long of a wait :)
