What physical mail does the beneficiary receive?

There will be no physical mail. When you got your case# you gave them your' and the beneficiaries email correct? That's how they will communicate with you going forward.

It's really a moot form the DS-3032 because you each get everything so it really makes no difference who is the agent unless it was a third party.

My I-130 is still pending so I'm not yet at the NVC stage.

I was under the impression that although we email the DS-3032 that a physical equivalent was mailed to the beneficiary as well. Is that true?

Nope

at nvc, you will get your case and ID number and you will be asked for your email and spouse email.. after that everything is electronic

Nope. For USCIS everything is sent to that address you listed (hopefully in US) nothing is sent to Beneficiary at USCIS level.

after that everything is electronic

Just so there is no confusion regarding the above statements, all correspondence from the NVC is electronic once they have your email address on record. It will still be necessary to physically mail the required forms and applicable documentation.
