Our K-1 was approved recently, she came to the US and we got married on 8/23 YAY now comes the next step. This is my understanding of adjustment of status as follows and all its accompanying forms for a total package. One guy at USCIS told me to submit the Adjustment of Status Package, Work Permit and Travel Document Authorization. I called back just to double check and got a little more detailed information. I knew the Adjustment of Status was $1000 but the $420 form was new to me, in for a penny in for a pound at this point. Am i correct in that there are not any other important forms to submit adjusting our status now that we are married? Thanks again for all the information on this wonderful community its been a huge help throughout the way. I recommend this site to many others i know going through the process as well.

Adjustment Status -
I-130 - Petition $420 - this goes to its own PO BOX on its own
This goes together as a packet to the address mentioned on form I-485
I-485 - Application to Adjust Status $1070
I-765 - Employment Authorization - Fee waived submitted with AOS (I-485)
I-131 - Application for Travel Document - Fee is waived with AOS (I-485)
I-864 - Affidavit of Support - Fee waived with AOS (I-485)
G-325 - Biographical Information - Fee waived with AOS (I-485)

No no no.

You do not file a I-130 and if you did it does not go to a separate place. No.

Do this http://www.visajourney.com/content/k1k3aos

No I-130 for you. You file AOS based on an approved I-129F and subsequent marriage to petitioner, option C on the I-485.

i got everything i need now except the I-864 I found it on the USCIS website and we are well within the 1 year from her having her overseas examination. I remember they gave her sealed materials to bring with her from that examination could the I-864 be part of that or is that only done on our side of the pond? The only reason i ask is it states a Civil Surgeon completes the form and gives her a copy and then a sealed envelope which we submit with her packet.

I-864 is an Affidavit of Support form. What you need from Civil Surgeon is a completed I-693 form which will be in a sealed envelope to be sent with your AOS package. Basically, I-693 is the transcribe from your vaccination record when you did your medical exam during K-1 filing. If you medical exam is already over a year, then it would be best for you take another medical exam.
