To say I am excited would be an understatement. When my fiance' called me this morning at 5:20 and he read it to me all I did was cray5ol.gif . I am so relieved to finally be able to celebrate the evasive NOA 2. Our first case was denied because we made a huge mistake. So here it is Vjers.

Post Decision Activity

On August 26, 2013, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E). Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

Thank You Lord for patience. Hang in there guys. When you feel like you are losing hope just remember how far you have come and the end may be in sight. Still praying for us all no matter where in the process we may be. On to the next steps....dancin5hr.gif

We just got notice that says Ready but no Packet 3 email came today :( Bummed out...this process is so frustrating and confusing.

Your case is ready for your interview when scheduled at the U.S. Consular section. If you have already scheduled an appointment for an interview, please prepare your documents as directed in your appointment letter and appear at the consulate on the appointed date and time. Otherwise, please wait until you have been notified of your interview appointment. Additional information about how Immigrant Visa interview appointments are scheduled can be found at:

We received our NOA2 on Aug 22, and the control freak I am, I needed to know how they would send the packet. So my fiance, to give me some peace of mind, emailed the consulate. The answer is it is only emailed, to what ever email comes to them with the visa. So check your junk or spam folder. I added the consulate to my safe list to make sure we get it.
