Hello guys. This may sound absurd, are there free foods? If there aren't, are foods allowed inside the plane? If so, what kinds of food?

I will be travelling from Manila - Phoenix, JAL for MNL - NRT, and AA for NRT - LAX, also AA for LAX - PHX.

I never been outside Asia, I only have been to Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Thailand from Manila, and as far as I remember there were no free foods but I brought some with me. It may be different now because I'll be having a flight outside Asia, and may also differ depends on the airlines.

Advise please. Thank you! :)

Yes dear. There are free foods and drinks. My flight before was mnl to nrt, and foods are part of what we paid. Dont worry you wont be hungry, but might as well bring couple of dollars on every lay over when you get hungry.

Hello MJandJON, thank you for answering. Are there same time for foods to be given to all the passengers, or I should be the one to ask for food? Will they serve same foods every exact same time to all passengers? Thank you in advance, I'm a little nervous and worried cause I will be travelling alone.

Yap same food for everyone (except for 1st class passenger) and usually it will be 2 dishes and its up to you what to choose. The cabin crew will serve it to your seats. And if you need anything from them just press the button to call them. Like before i remeber i always ask for tomato juice and water! Haha and i also asked for sanitary napkin.. Oooppss sorry. Just emergency. Youll be fine, just be alert specially when you look for your boarding gate.

drink lots of water and if the flight is longer than 5 hours get up and walk up/down the cabin If it is a very long flight and especially at night they sometimes leave snacks out in the galley where they prepare food so you don't have to disturb them while they try to rest

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.
