Gokce,

Most likely your case is transferred to CSC because since aug they are transferring cases. You should get a notice from VSC within a week. There is nothing to worry about it for now. Few may petitioners also have been transferred to CSC from VSC most from june are transferred to CSC.

Got a new email update saying:

CRI89 PETITION TO REMOVE CONDITIONS OF PERMANENT RESIDENT STATUS RECEIVED was transferred and is now being processed at a USCIS office

But when I called, the message said: the I89 CARD RECEIVED at USCIS office for processing.

Anyone know what that means?

OK, the signature block on our approval letter was from a local office near me...not anywhere near CSC. So, I think CSC is sending these (at least some of them) to local service centers to be adjudicated, as soon as they get them...or they aren't being sent to CSC at all...and being sent directly to local offices instead, despite what the NOA says. I got mine fast, so I think that may be good news, all the same.

Regardless of where cases were adjudicated, it is a good news for those whose case is transferred to CSC. My approval letter has sign of local office acting director, envelop says it came from Vermont and NOA2 and online status says case was transferred to CSC, do i really care about the internal USCIS process, of course not, all i care is my case approval and it is approved. I wish all transferee to best of luck and speedy approval. BTY, my case is approved exactly after 27 days of transfer notice. You all should hear from USCIS within 4-6 weeks unless there are other issues with that particular case. Again volume has high correlation with approval time.

Congrats Olaru_Steve.

Glad to hear that your case is approved taking a short ride. This definitely gave a baseline for rest of the July filers. As I am around the same time line (day or two here and there), I am hopin I would get some response back as well, whether it's an approval or RFE or whatever.

Thanks for sharing this great news. I am hoping you will receive the new PR card soon in the mail.

Thanks again.
