My petitioner and I got a cashier's cheque from the Bank of America.

August 5, 2013: 1-129F mailed
August 7, 2013: Received at Lockbox
August 13, 2013: NOA1
September 4, 2013: Alien Reg. # change
October 16, 2013: NOA2
October 29, 2013: Sent to DOS

Hi, whats the best way to pay for K-1 application if my girlfriend doesn't have this kind of personal check thing with her banking account, is there any other way to pay for it without any complications?

Just go to your bank. They can give you a check for the appropriate amount there.

November 14th, 2013: She's here!

December 12th, 2013: Picked up marriage license.

December 14th, 2013: Wedding

I went to my bank and they printed out a check for me, issued off my account, no problem. Made it easy to see when it was cashed also.
