Seems like majority of K1 cases that were transferred from vsc to tsc in july and got no2 in july are having problem getting shipped to nvc even after getting mails from uscis that the case had been shipped to nvc....Just an observation, hope some one can prove me wrong because;

We got approved on 07/22 and got an email from uscis that our case has been shipped to NVC on 08/08....but as at now (08/19) they still keep telling us to wait for 8weeks each time we call NVC (we've been calling almost everyday)....Frustrated!!

Hehehe our case hasn't shipped to NVC yet. Although my fiancee called, sent emails to USCIS, NVC, but they told him that your case had been shipped or processed. Until he came and met Supervisor of Local Immigrant Office, our case is still staying at TSC. At the bottom of the carton smile.png

Mine also...was approved on July 25th and still nothing from NVC...been almost a month...but then I got something from my USCIS Case Status stating this:

Post Decision Activity

On August 14, 2013, we shipped this approved or re-affirmed case to the Department of State for visa processing. For more information, please contact them directly.

For approved applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include USCIS sending notification of the approved application/petition to the National Visa Center or the Department of State. For denied applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include the processing of an appeal and/or motions to reopen or reconsider and revocations.

I was on hold as of writing this with NVC and I finally got my case #!!!!!! Yay!!!!! So it took 1 week from this date on my USCIS Case Status

Hi, a friend of mine got approved on the 07/12/2013; 2 weeks later she contacted NVC they said they haven't received anything from TSC. She contacted TSC they said they has transferred her file. She contacted VSC they said they transfer the file to TSC and they don't have responsible for it any more. She called NVC everyday but they said they did not receive any file. Last sunday she made an infopass and they told her the file is still at TSC. TSC has shipped the first batch out and the second batch was still stuck there. Her file may be in the bottom of the box so it was still at TSC.

You wait till you get the Status from USCIS that your approved petition has been shipped. You wait 7 business days from the date provided on the status and then call for the case number...

When Files were transferred from VSC to TSC, a stamp of some sort was left off. So when files get approved at TSC, the File is sent back to VSC for stamp, then shipped back to TSC for final processing and then sent to NVC. After all transferred cases get completed, the process should run better.
