You guys can answer if someone has done and has had positive experiences with a InfoPass and if this can help???

Yes. It helped. They can tell you stuff at infopass that they can't tell you on the phone. Get an early AM appointment. Expect to wait at least 1 hour past your appointment time. Be friendly and polite. They can help you.

Agree. Cannot hurt as long as you are polite and patient. I was pleasantly surprised by the comfort of the chairs in the waiting area (LA office). IO was polite and helpful.

If that's the only thing left you have not done, just do it. Give them an earful on how badly they have handled your case.
