Hello VJourneys,

I am concern about the Vermont Service Center sending my case to the Nebraska Service Center on August 6, 2013, my PD is 11 JUN 2012 and in the NOA I received yesterday it stated for speedy processing but, when I looked what was the processing time for the NBC there was not an I-130 listed for the Center. Is this a goof by the VSC sending my case to Service Center that does not handles I-130s. Welcome any comments or inputs you guys may have.

Thanks.

USCIS doesn't do a good job of keeping their site update. The data is always 2 months old. As far as Nebraska not doing i-130's, I think they did sometime in the past so it should be ok

Hello. I applied I130 Imm Rel to my wife, my PD is Nov 13 2012, and Vermont office has sent my case to Nebraska on Aug 14, 2013. Please share guys your information.

your pd is very close to mine! but we didn't get any notification yet about a transfer of our files.

I hope you will get your approval soon as they transferred cases in order to be able to work faster through the files.

11.14.2012======NOA1

Mark 11:23 KJV

For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed , and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass ; he shall have whatsoever he saith.

Vermont Service Center(VSC) has too much work load especially for F2a category. As the PD are current for 2 months and visas are available, they need to increase demand and need to approve more cases specially for the beneficiary of adjustment of status (just a guess) so the remaining visas don't get waste. So there is workload transfer to Nebraska Service Center (NSC).

Thanks good luck for you too. If you read below replies there is a link that says Vermont office has transferred some cases to Nebraska office because of their loadwork. So I guess your case will be processed at Vermont
