Is the medical xray CD required at POE?

Our interview went perfectly, and I was there to keep my fiancé company (couldn't attend interview, just waited outside), and he's all set to POE in San Diego on September 13.

He has his "do not open" packet and his visa in passport, we're all set! And everything seems perfect ... except:

Because I was there with him and because I seem to be in charge of most of the paperwork, when I left to return to the USA already, I took his medical xray CD with me. It made sense at the time -- all of our other EXTRA papers that weren't needed were in a folder that I took back, and we made sure he had what he needed for POE, I thought. But now I'm wondering about that CD.

I hear nearly 100% here that the CD isn't needed for ANYTHING, and that's what was in my mind when I took it home with me. But now I'm regretting it.

There is still time to mail the CD back to him, if it's necessary. Is it? Should I do that just to be safe?

Has anyone ever needed to show their xray CD at POE?

i heard that CD isn't needed. u might need it for AOS.

I didn't hand over my CD. I still have it.

At my interview, when the clerk gave it back to me, he actually said "you can do whatever you like with it, you don't need it", but that may be because we don't have to AOS. POE isn't going to do anything with it - they just want that sealed envelope.

sometimes the guys at the POE take the CD, most of the time it doesn't seem they want it. I still have mine and was told to take it to a doctor when I get one in the USA

Well, now I really feel dumb. After posting this and deciding that I'd better mail the CD back to my fiancé just in CASE anyone at POE wanted to see it .... I went to my big folder and didn't see the CD there. Started to panic, and then talked to my fiancé ....

Turns out that at the last minute as I was leaving Finland, we DID decide that it was best for him to keep it. So he still has the CD right there with him, and everything is fine and I didn't even need to post this, after all!

Embarrassed, because I really am organized and even he thought we'd given the CD to me for safekeeping ... but last-minute decisions didn't register well with either of us.
