Hey ! So here's the thing : I met and fell in love with my fiancé while finishing my MBA in the US. I'm originally from Morocco but i have been studying in different countries for college. My fiancé is one year younger than me and he's still a sophomore in college. His parents can be cosponsors but I wanted to know if you can see any difficulties we could face on the K1 visa journey?

Thank you

Please ask a more specific question.

Just the fact that he's still a student and will be for the next 4 years of college/grad school

His parents meet the financial requirements and will be cosponsors but I dont know ghow the USCIS or the consulate behaves when it comes to the pettioner being a student. If anyone does feel free to comment :)

As for religion, no he's not a muslim but that has never been an issue in our case

It's not an issue for you and your fiance, however, it could be an issue to the CO. It's not common in Morocco for a female to marry outside of her religion. You would want to be prepared with supporting documents (i.e.,letters from both sides of the families supporting/acknowledging your relationship).

My best advice would be to read through the Morocco regional forum here on VJ and also the Morocco consulate reviews to try and prepare yourself for interviewing there.

It depends from consulate to consulate, some would approve your visa if you have a co-sponsor, others rather know your sponsor has some kind of income. You're better off reading the reviews about your consulate on here or asking in the regional forum and see if anyone from Morocco (or where ever you'll have your interview at) had a similar situation, and what they did to be successful at the interview. Maybe you could try to send an e-mail to the consulate where you'll have your interview and ask if they accept co-sponsors.

You say you are "originally from Morocco", are you living somewhere else now?
