It will still show "at NVC".

It will change in a few days or week AFTER you receive your interview letter, then it will say "in transit".

Once it arrives at your embassy, it will show "ready".

Hi apple21.....

Do u still remember the questions that were asked on your interview?

Yes. It's the Pre-Departure Orientation Seminar (PDOS) held at the Commission on Filipinos Overseas (CFO).

Hi. Is it required? As in they won't allow you to leave if you don't have the sticker?

Yes its mandatory. They will not let you board the plane if you don't have the CFO sticker in your passport.

This is specific for Philippines only.

Just received checklist for IV docs which says

"The National Visa Center received your DS-260 form. We are waiting for the traveling applicant’s

supporting civil documents to be submitted to the NVC. Your online Immigrant Visa Application will be
reviewed upon receipt of your supporting documentation.
To view which documents the applicant must submit to the NVC, please go to our website"
Seems like it is just fake checklist as i have already send everything and when i called them earlier they had confirmed two packages as received. I hate these government workers that doesn't look properly and send out checklists.
I am going to call them tomorrow and clarify regarding this issue. Do you guys know how long does it take for them to review DS 260? does it also mean that everything is fine with my AOS package?

Chill out buddy. They review documents first-in-first-out. This means they have received and reviewed your first package and they sent this email. They probably review your 2nd package in a day or two. Call them to make sure but don't worry it happened to me few times.
