DUDE YOU PRIORITY DATE IS JULY 2012 SO STOP BULSHITTING US

you are fine proof of the stinky immigrations procedures

yo may get you visa sooner than thousands of F2a filers who has a date older than you

if yo think one and one sec assuming that you have something left to think with in your empty head

you will know that this nickname is for those that gave you priority over us

you should be thankful you got lucky

not making fun of us

good luck with your visa

you will learn your lesson the hard way

wait and see

My PD is Jan 2012, pretty close to yours. I just got my case complete. I understand that it is super annoying but dont take it on others. There are so many things to consider. I dont think the system is baised, but I agree with you, the whole process is broken. It is made to be hard to get in easily. Most annoying part is the open ended timelines. But it is the same for everyone. I know people who got their case complete, but their interview was setup 2.5 years after that.

What is the country of the beneficiary? That changes the security background checks + the wait times. One thing for sure is the wait time for a Mexican or Philippinos is far lengthier than an Ukrainian or Romanian.

I won't say stay positive, but you need to at least go and talk with your congressional representative. NVC operators are operators, they are not officers. All they can do is read whats in the system and update you on the status. They cant take messages or talk to officers on behalf of you. You need to have someone with more power to intervene.

well, yeah nothing is fair. Looking back at the data they posted, people back in 2010 were getting USCIS and NVC case complete in 2-3 months. I understand it is frustrating.

So when does this new visa bulletin come out - or will that also have to take 30 days now :)

Today I am on day 13 of 30 (Aug 21 is their receipt date)! October 2nd is the 30th day :'( - that means most likely interview date of December or January!
