To all those that had their IV accepted, did you list all your addresses from when you were born or from when you turned 16? I got a checklist saying there's a gap of residency. I need to fill out that darn DS260 and wait for 20 business days again so I want to be sure. ?

Thanks. ?

Hi Tinjf10, what were you asked to fill as per the checklist? DS230 says places of stay for at least six months from the age of 16. Is that not sufficient?

May be because you have already submitted the DS260, it is getting displayed for you? This DS260 is really causing so much confusion and frustration all around :(. Wish there is clarity soon!

I received an email today .... here's the content:

"The National Visa Center has received all documentation necessary to complete pre-processing
of your case. As soon as an interview date has been scheduled, the applicant, petitioner
and attorney (if applicable) will be notified.

The applicant should NOT make any travel arrangements, sell property, or give up employment
until the US Embassy or Consulate General has issued a visa.

The US Embassy or Consulate General may require additional documentation at the time of
the interview. Additional documentation requirements if applicable can be referenced at
the following URL: http://travel.state.gov/visa/immigrants/info/info_3742.html "

---- does this means my case is complete... ????

so got response from our lawyer RE DS260 if i have to fill it up and she said we will receive instructions from NVC if we should need to submit DS260 and they will notify me if they will receive any instructions. oh well, nothing i can do hehe. BTW, it was also the third time i asked the NVC's CSR if i needed to fill it up and still they said NO. so i guess i have to follow what they said. I will wait for the NVC's further instructions.
