Hi guys,

Thanks for answering my questions in advance.
To describe my situation:
1. I have a Korean Citizenship and a Canadian Permanent Residence.
2. My Canadian Citizenship Files are in progress ( Did the written test last year)
3. I am getting offers from US Tech companies (Foursquare / Noom etc.) for positions like Mobile Designer and Graphic Designer
4. I do not have a degree in the related field ( Currently withdrew from University - Economics)

What kind of visa can I apply for?
What will I need to get this?
Are there more useful links that I can look at?

Thanks
Kevin

You're in tech, so you'd probably fall under "skilled worker" H1B visa. These are a quota visa and they run out every year. I think it may also require that you have a degree, though. The companies who are offering you work must be the people to petition for your visa, anyway, so you should talk to who you'd like to work for and they should work it out for you.

http://www.travel.state.gov/visa/temp/types/types_1271.html

Generally, a citizen of a foreign country who wishes to enter the United States must first obtain a visa, either a nonimmigrant visa for temporary stay, or an immigrant visa for permanent residence. Temporary worker visas are for persons who want to enter the United States for employment lasting a fixed period of time, and are not considered permanent or indefinite. Each of these visas requires the prospective employer to first file a petition with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services. An approved petition is required to apply for a work visa.

Unless you qualify for TN (no idea if Canadian PRs do), you can't apply for any visa. Work visas are applied for employers.

I do not believe the OP qualifies due to lack of a degree in the specialized field
