So April transfers overlooked and may getting approved. This is so unfair. but happy for those approvals.

What are you complaining about? I am a Jan NOA1 and was approved 2 weeks ago. There are still people from Dec and Jan that were transfered to TSC that are still waiting for their NOA2 approval. Yes, it is unfair. March and April should go to back of line and wait until their turn.

It's the same at any other service center. A box of petitions gets dropped on an adjudicator's desk, depending on what else (s)he is working on depends on how long it takes for them to get to the box, then it depends on how fast they are, which will depend on how quickly those decisions and RFEs go.

It's not about the TSC as much as it is about the Adjudicator handling your case.

I used RapidVisa for my petition; a paperwork service. A K1 is $375.00 to use their hassle-free online application system.

I think everyone here has a right to complain. The system is seriously flawed and people are venting about that. May filers that are being approved are ahead of me too but I am still happy for them. I am an April filer who was trying to get an expedite due to serious illness of our child but I was denied. Another girl on here was given an expedite because she was going to lose money on a cruise they booked. Fair? No, it's not. I think we still have a right to say how we feel.
