NOA1 10 Jan, filed in Vermont

April /may time transferred to Texas.

NOA2 24 June.

Case number from NVC 18 July after a phone call by Fiancee (USC). Dont know when it actually arrived there.

19 July Fiancee gets e mail saying NVC are sending it to London embassy.

At this time CEAC website still says at NVC but no idea how often that is updated.

Well, I have contacted BOTH Senators and US Congressman, the Ombudsman and glad to report NOTHING!!!!!!!! Still stuck at TSC with NOA1 date jan25 and NOA2 date of July 3. What pisses me off is seeing people approved at at TSC with NOA1 dates of April and then Getting NOA2 date of July16 and sent to NVC July24! Where in the HELL is my case?? I wonder if my case is with an employee who works from home and only returns approved petitions when they feel like it.
