We have been approved - 72 days after our NOA1 was sent out.

Last night I checked the website and there were no updates.

The email was sent at 1 a.m. and now there is a touch.

I was so surprised. Our time has come!!!!!!!!! :dance::dance::dance:

Application Type: I129F, PETITION FOR FIANCE(E)

Current Status: Approval notice sent.

On November 29, 2006, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E). Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service.

03/2007 - K1 approved

04/2007 - Apply for AOS & EAD

I think I was late filing for AOS:

07/27/07: Mailed AOS papers to Chicago mailbox.

08/02/07: AOS papers received in Chicago.

3/12/2007---Interview (He Passed)!

3/12/2007---Administrative Processing begins.............God please help me get through this!

7/17/2007---Our 2 Year Anniversay!!!

10/23/2007--7 months and 2 weeks of A/P and still waiting..........God help me!

4/22/2008---2nd Interview ( keep us in your prayers)

4/22/2008--He was approved for the Visa 2-3 weeks until he recieves it in the mail lets hope so!!
