So it seems that I lost the marathon indeed. Bowing out from the race and wishing that no one wins this darn race. I want everyone to loose really really fast.

I just got the approval...I guess signing Happy song all day was good...now I can sleep happy.

I honestly pray for each one of you and wish that everyone is out this sooner than later.

Congrats, happy to see your approval. I hope they process your case at NVC quickly to cover up the earlier delay. And yeah, wanted to say thanks for taking good care of the July spreadsheet. God bless you.

I can see where your confusion comes in...

Editing my earlier post so you know what part of what I wrote was in response to what you wrote earlier about the curse. You can see the second part no where says "aditya324 should be mindful" though a missed space to enter a new paragraph made you feel it was directed at you to be more mindful.

You remembered correctly. We'll be filing the AOS in the US before the end of this month. So unlike many, I'm now with my husband and I don't take that for granted for one second. Our immigration road is complicated and we have a lawyer due to the circumstances surrounding my case - it helps me to be in the US actually.

I'm in NY also smile.png We'll just file the I-485 along with the copy of the I-130 transfer and NSC will have no choice but to send the I-130 to match it up with the I-485 so that's why we're holding off on intervening for the moment. If I were still in Canada you bet my husband would have done everything to get that moving!

I wish you well and everyone else here waiting to get their I-130's approved!

Good...file AOS quickly and I pray you don't have any problems. I will keep up with you and see how you are moving along and keep you updated on mine. Let's see how NY AOS goes for us....

How long do you expect it will take you from NOA2 to interview? Has the NVC stage been pretty slow or fast? Just curious.

The way things are going, I think our interview will be set end of April or early May. I'm not sure if the NVC stage has been fast or slow.. I got my NOA2 on 12/23 and have just now been able to submit the DS-261 and pay/submit AOS.

Hey everyone! i have a question. I am preparing the documents needed for the NVC process, and I am a bit confused with the i864 stuff. my brother in law (who I live with currently) is going to be a co sponsor.

questions 1: Does he need to file the i864 as joint sponsor number one? or does he do the i864a because I live with him? We wont be living with him for long once my husband gets here so what is better?

question 2: can I enter my expected annual income because i have only been working at this job for 6 months. Should i include a letter from work stating my expected annual income?

This stuff is so confusing!
