Also when is the date of the updates? I thought it was the 15th?

They say their updates occur on the 15th, but in practice it's more of a general "mid-month" type of thing. Last month they didn't post until the 19th and we were all chomping at the bit.

I hate to break it to you but August filers will not be all approved by April.

Thats 8 months - which while realistic, will not apply to all cases.

There are already filers who have exceeded 9+ months - even with CSC (look at May and June).

What we know now based on the slow pace of July filers, August transfers most likely wont kickoff before February and wont complete before may ends.

So petitions filed now are going directly to CSC TSC etc... so they need to transfer the remaining petitions asap then really.

Also when is the date of the updates? I thought it was the 15th?

For some reason, I was noting the date of updates since the time I turned in my i130.

nov 30 ???? expected soon

They were all for USC applying for Spouse at the National Benefits Center as my case stayed there until early this year where it got transferred to Nebraska

05-18 Got Married in Mumbai, India

07-11 Mailed i-130 petition

07-17 Received Form I-797C. MSC#

01-03 Case transferred to NSC

03-11 I-130 approved

Total time in USCIS: 8.0 months

03-17 Case recieved at NVC

04-24 Filled out DS 261

05-11 Mailed AOS package

05-17 Mailed IV package

05-19 AOS "scanned" date

So they will miss their improvement targets by a mile. I think we will be at 8 months, they have to get better. But we just don't know and each case is different.
